Displayport Input for USB C: Connect a DisplayPort cable from your video card to passthrough to the USB-C / TB port.

Asus Pro WS WRX90E-SAGE SE Schematic
A wide range of connectivity is provided as well: six USB 3.2 ports, two of the new USB 4.0 Type C ports, dual 10Gb Ethernet, and analog audio. Internally it supports a wide array of storage options with four SATA ports, four M.2 slots, and two SlimSAS connectors.
